Custom Art Piece No Return Policy

Thank you for your interest in my artwork! I am dedicated to creating unique, hand-drawn, and painted pieces that are tailored to individual tastes. As each piece of art is one-of-a-kind and created specifically for you, please review my return policy carefully.

No Return Policy:
Due to the unique nature of my original hand-drawn and painted artwork, all sales are final. As the piece is one-of-a-kind, I do not accept returns or exchanges." This policy applies to all hand-drawn and painted art pieces that are not easily resalable or that have been specifically commissioned.

Swedish Consumer Sales Act Reference:
According to the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), consumers typically have a right of withdrawal (14 days to cancel the purchase) when buying goods online. However, this right does not apply to goods that are custom-made or have been personalized. As such, all custom art pieces fall under this exemption and cannot be returned.

Shipping and Condition of Artwork:
Upon sending out your artwork, I will photograph the finished piece and send it to you via the email address or mobile SMS number you provide. Your artwork will be carefully packaged in a sturdy hardcover parcel to ensure its anrrives in perfect condition.All artwork is sent out by Postnord Sweden with a traceable number to ensure secured delivery.

If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 48 hours for support.
